Insertion of the REMO SST fields in PODAAC

The REMO SST fields were approved and chanceled by the GHRSST after an intense validation process. It is important to note that REMO is the only representative of South America in the GHRSST (Global for High Resolution Sea Surface Temperature), with TSM data in the PODDAC.
