Researcher at REMO begins a sabbatical year at the University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC)

The Prof. Clement A. S. Tanajura began his sabbatical on April 10, 2013 at the Department of Ocean Sciences of UCSC. It is hosted by Prof. Andrew Moore. The work plan includes the consolidation of data assimilation with the Ensemble Optimal Interpolaion (EnOI) method for HYCOM and ROMS and the implementation of 4D-Var in the ROMS for a region of interest in the South Atlantic.
